Clients Can Add Their Nominated Bank Account Details via TOL

With your support, clients can simply and easily manage many aspects of their portfolio online.

In our latest update clients can add their nominated bank account online. Previously it could only be done by completing and submitting a paper form. To make the change the client’s email address and mobile phone number must already be held online within their portfolio details. This provides verification that the client is making the change or adding bank account details for the first time.

This new feature is for adult individual portfolios via the desktop version of the website. Child, trust and corporate portfolios will follow at a later date.
