Inactive Client Relationships
As you know Consumer Duty is not over and done, and requires an ongoing commitment from both you as adviser and us as provider to ensure that we take steps to prevent consumer harm. To fulfil our duties, we have an ongoing obligation to review client and adviser activity. We need to demonstrate that we have explored those instances where there has been little or no “activity” for an extended period of time.
If you are no longer providing a service to the client, then please contact us and we will move the client to a non-advised basis and remove your adviser fees if required. We ask that you review the current charges that the clients are paying you on our website under Reports > Payment Rates Report.
