Transact Online (TOL) – Recent Enhancements
This month’s updates include the following:
- Mobile TOL Pickup Page for Clients – As you may have noticed the development of mobile TOL is designed with the end investor client in mind. Clients can use mobile TOL when they are on the move for a quick valuation or update. The addition of this new Pickup Page functionality is a game changer for our mutual clients. Now when they get an email telling them that they have a document in their Pickup Page, they can go straight to Mobile TOL (on their phone) rather than having to look at it on Desktop TOL. There has been a noticeable uptick in Mobile TOL use by clients and this will only add to that trend. Remember Desktop TOL is more appropriate for advisory professionals undetaking more intricate, high volume and complex transactions.
- Forms Page – The Forms page now indicates that wrapper application and transfer forms are no longer available for download from the forms page. Forms are provided by following the route provided through the Personalised Illustration/Guided Application functionality on TOL. This helps you to complete the application accurately with all the required data…right first time!
